Over 70 wailling women of Njirong village of Ndu Sub division of Donga Mantung Division who erected a permiresident at the NW governor's office for 9 days to table their complain about the barbarism and atrocities committed by Ntumbow village, have succeeded in meeting the governor. They came when the governor was out of region .
Reacting to their worries and the alledge havoc wrecked on them by Ntumbow villagers,resolved to visit the disputed area .
Lamenting the plight of the villagers, Governor, Lele L'Afrique known for his hospitality and brobity in management of crisis and state issues, resolved to carry out thorough diagnosis and sort a panacea to the land Clash that has ravage lives and properties for years.
The governor told the women that he shall together with some refind state servants of the region visit Mborong on 24th of May 2022 The SDO for Donga Mantung Nkwenti Simon Ndoh, the D O of Ndu Sub division, the nayor, the Fon of Ntumbow and Njirong villages amongst others are expected to be president to enable governor put an end to the problem.
Heads may roll as the regional chief executive is allegedly questioning why both the traditional authorities of the division and the administration have not been able to solve the problem said to have claimed lives and properties.
The kind hearted governor reportedly gave financial assistance to the women to enable them go back to Mbowrong in Ndu Sub Division of Donga Mantung Division.
A source hinted the Vanguard that Ntumbow people are still in Mbowrong harvesting crops cultivated by Mbowrong people.
The Mbowrong people have however considered the barbaric act on the Ntumbow villagers " the last kicks of a dying horse" as they have the conviction that the governor will put an end to the matter.
